Designer Bjorn Dahlstrom worked in collaboration with world-class chefs and materials specialists to create attractive yet highly functional cookware whose features and construction lend themselves to a variety of cooking techniques.

Ideal for large dinner parties as well as for everyday use. All items have been manufactured from the best materials for their function: the frying pans, the grill pan, the cast iron pot. The cooking pots have measuring scales and a compound multilayer construction that distributes and retains heat evenly. Generously proportioned handles are intrinsic to Dahlstrom’s tools. These pots and pans are also suitable for induction hobs. Function and form are perfectly combined with an inner ball blasted steel surface and a satin steel finish. The inner aluminum core between the steel layers ensures food is heated evenly and rapidly.

The designer, Bjorn Dahlstrom, was born in Sweden in 1957 he is a designer who works both two and three-dimensionally. Highly regarded furniture for Cbi are among his work, as are more technically complex industrial design products for Atlas Copco. Dahlstrom works in Stockholm and has established himself internationally. In 2001 he was awarded the Torsten and Wanja Soderberg design prize.
