Mamahuhu shoes have a narrow design, and are slightly smaller than usual sizes. Therefore, to ensure you receive the perfectly fitting size, we highly recommend that you measure your feet and let us know your measurements in the note box during checkout. We’ll always confirm that you’ve chosen the correct size based on your measurements.

Thing to know before measuring:

• Measure wearing socks you plan to use with the shoes
• Be accurate with your measurements (e.g. 9.96” or 25.3cm)
• Measure both feet and order the size that fits your larger foot

Three steps to measure your feet:

1. Step on a piece of paper and trace the outline of your foot.
2. Measure the distance from the tip of your longest toe to the back of your heel.
3. Measure the distance across the widest part of the ball of your foot.

Mamahuhu offers return for free exchange on all shoes for any reason. All returns must be made within 30 days from the date that you received the item(s).

You are responsible for paying for return shipping. Items must be unworn and in their full, original packaging. Shoe box fees may be charged if footwear is returned in a damaged shoe box or without the original shoe box.
