  • All tags and labels must be attached.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. We will reply with instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
  3. Send the item back to us in its original condition. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product.

  • If you are returning the item because of an error on our part or a defective item, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Refund Process
