- Personalized or custom products
- Sale or clearance items

- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original, resealable packaging.
- All tags and labels must be attached.
- Returns must be initiated within 5 days of the date of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer support via email at customerservice@7storeonline.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will reply with instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
- Send the item back to us in its original condition. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product.

- Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product unless it’s a result of our error or a damaged product.
- If you are returning the item because of an error on our part or a defective item, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, and it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund.
