The CS-100 brings the ClickShare experience to small meeting and huddle rooms where sharing content from a laptop or mobile device is a basic need. Anyone – including guests – can connect with one click and share right away, without the need for any training. Users simply plug a USB-powered device – the ClickShare Button – into their PC or Mac and click the button to get the content from their laptop on the large meeting room screen. With the ClickShare App, users can also share content from their mobile phones or tablets.

A stand-alone model

The CS-100 is a stand-alone model with an HDMI output, that allows up to 8 users to connect and, with one user sharing at a time. The CS-100 includes the standard ClickShare security features including encryption, login management, https and the possibility to hide the SSID of the Base Unit’s wireless network.

Barco ClickShare allows meeting participants to show their presentations on meeting room screens wirelessly, simply by connecting a USB device to their laptops. ClickShare can be used directly with a projector/screen or integrated with a video conferencing or AV system.

This one click wonder not only helps the presenter get the presentation on-screen in a second, but it also allows the other people in the meeting to participate more actively and efficiently.

How it works

A standard ClickShare set-up consists of four USB-powered devices (the ‘ClickShare Buttons’), a storage basket to neatly store the Buttons when they are not used (the ‘ClickShare Tray’) and a Base Unit. The Base Unit has a fixed connection to the meeting room’s visualization system, and handles the processing. Users who want to get their presentation on simply connect their PC, Mac or tablet device and click the ClickShare Button. ClickShare automatically displays the screen content in the most optimal way, so users do not need to worry about configuration and resolution.

Confidence and collaboration

ClickShare simply works. Considering all the time lost today trying to connect the laptop to the meeting room display, it means time saved, enhanced confidence, leading to better presentations. When connecting one of the other ClickShare Buttons to their laptop, they can put their content on-screen as well. In total, four participants can be on-screen simultaneously.
