The classic Sarpaneva pot is also available in a bigger size and in an oval form. The enamelled surface prevents food flavors from sticking to the pot. Food cooks evenly in the oven or on the stove. Use wooden or plastic kitchen utensils to avoid damaging the enamel. The large handles make it easy to lift the pot.
